Checks running around the clock

See every client's security posture. Catch it the day it slips.

Microsoft 365, email authentication, SSL, and domains. Monitored on schedule across every client, surfaced in one dashboard, alerted the moment a check catches it.

Soviron operator dashboard showing ten clients, an alert queue with expiring domains and SSL findings, and per-client status cards

Read-only by design

Connects with read-only access. No agents, nothing installed on client machines, nothing that can change their environment.

Built for MSPs

Every client in one view. Multi-tenant Microsoft 365 with GDAP support, per-client alerting, and scheduled PDF reports.

$30 per client

Everything included at one price. Extra Microsoft 365 tenants are $15. No tiers, no feature gates, no sales call.

Microsoft 365 drift, caught between logins.

A new Global Administrator. MFA quietly disabled. Licenses paying for nobody. Soviron polls every tenant on a six-hour cycle and flags what changed.

Admin role drift across seven privileged roles
MFA coverage per licensed user
License waste you can hand back
Microsoft 365 monitoring panel showing a new Global Administrator flagged for review, 92 percent MFA coverage, and full license usage

Email authentication that stays enforced.

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checked per domain, including the quiet downgrades that make spoofing possible again. A DMARC policy that drops from reject to none gets surfaced, not silently tolerated.

Record presence and syntax on every domain
Policy strength, not just existence
Downgrade detection when enforcement weakens
Email security table showing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC status per domain, with one domain flagged for a monitoring-only DMARC policy

Expiry caught before it's an outage.

SSL certificates and domain registrations tracked with lead time, uptime checked from outside your network. The renewal nobody owns stops being a surprise.

SSL expiry flagged weeks ahead, escalated as it nears
Domain registration expiry, the outage that takes email with it
Uptime and response time from an outside vantage point
Alert queue listing domain registrations expiring within seven days, an expired SSL certificate, and weak email authentication findings across clients

What gets checked

Four systems, monitored on schedule for every client. Findings surface in one dashboard, alert emails when something changes, and scheduled PDF reports.

Microsoft 365

MFA coverage per licensed user. Admin role drift across seven privileged roles, so a new Global Administrator never appears without you knowing. License usage and waste. Multi-tenant with GDAP support for MSPs, and connection health monitoring so a broken integration can't fail silently.

every 6 h

Email authentication

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC presence, syntax, and policy strength on every monitored domain. Catches quiet downgrades, like a DMARC policy dropping from quarantine to none, that reopen the door to spoofing.

every 6 h

SSL and uptime

Certificate expiry flagged with lead time and escalated as it nears. Reachability and response time checked from outside the client's network, because inside always looks fine.

1 to 15 min

Domains and DNS

Registration expiry, the lapse that takes the website and email down together. MX and record changes on the domains that matter.

daily

How it works

1. Add clients and domains

Create a client, add their domains. Each domain gets a profile (website, mail, both, or parked) so checks match what the domain actually does, and you're not chasing findings on a parked domain that will never have a website.

2. Connect Microsoft 365

Optional, per client. A read-only connection through Microsoft's own consent flow, direct or through your GDAP relationship. One tenant included per client; connect more if a client runs several.

3. Checks run on schedule

Uptime and SSL on tight cycles, Microsoft 365 and email authentication every six hours, domain registration daily. You don't schedule anything and there's nothing to remember.

4. Findings reach you where you work

Alerts by email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams, per client. Scheduled PDF reports for the clients who want proof it's being watched. And when a finding is intentional (that DMARC policy really is supposed to be monitoring-only for now), mark it as such and it stays quiet instead of nagging you, resurfacing for review later rather than never.

One price, everything included.

Straight answers

What counts as a client?

A business you monitor. Each client seat covers all of that client's domains and checks, plus one Microsoft 365 tenant. If you're a single business monitoring yourself, you're one client.

What's an extra tenant?

Some clients run more than one Microsoft 365 tenant. The first is included in the seat; each additional connected tenant is $15 per month. You only pay when it's actually connected.

Is anything gated?

No. Every client seat gets every feature: all checks, alerting to email, Slack, or Teams, scheduled PDF reports, the full dashboard. There is no higher tier to upgrade to.

How does the trial work?

7 days free with full access, card required up front. Billing starts automatically at day 7 unless you cancel first, and canceling during the trial costs nothing. One trial per customer.

What about contracts?

Month to month, cancel any month. Add clients when you sign them, drop seats when you lose them. No annual commitment, no minimum seat count.

About

I spent ten years as a systems administrator before building Soviron. Enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, security. Long enough to see the same pattern over and over: it's rarely the exotic attack that gets a small business. It's the boring stuff nobody was watching.

The certificate that expired on a Saturday. The DMARC policy someone set to none to fix a delivery problem in 2022 and never set back. The admin account that showed up in a tenant and just... stayed. None of it is hard to catch. Somebody just has to actually check, every day, forever. That's a terrible job for a person and a perfect job for software.

The tools to catch these things exist, but they're scattered. One product for DNS, another for certificates, a third for Microsoft 365, each with its own login and its own bill. I wanted the whole checklist in one place, at a price a small MSP doesn't have to think twice about. So I built it.

Some things worth knowing about how Soviron runs: it's read-only, so it can see problems but can't create them, and if it ever went away nothing in your environment would break with it. It's veteran-owned, runs on US-hosted infrastructure, and billing is month to month with no lock-in. And support comes straight from the person who built the product. When you email, you're not reaching a tier-one queue. You're reaching the engineer.
